Salmon with mustard and rosemary glaze

A quick week-night dinner, this salmon with mustard and rosemary glaze is loaded with flavor and a great way to get your Omega 3's!

  • Place a baking sheet in your oven and preheat it to 400°F
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on your cutting board and place the salmon fillets on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix both mustards, rosemary and olive oil.
  • Spread the mustard glaze over the top of the salmon.

  • When your oven has reached temperature, carefully slide the parchment paper onto the hot baking sheet. Return to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Preheating the baking sheet is optional but will help create a crispier skin if you like to eat it.
