Date and blue cheese salad
This salad is fancy enough to serve at a dinner party, yet super easy to assemble.
Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
Place the greens in a large bowl, add a couple tablespoons of dressing and toss gently.
Plate the greens on individual plates.
Add dates, blue cheese, and almonds and drizzle each plate with 2 tsp of dressing
