Place potatoes in a bowl. Toss them with olive oil and a pinch of salt, using your hands to coat them evenly. Spread them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Cut broccoli into florets. Place them in the same bowl and toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Add to the baking sheet and add some fresh ground pepper to taste. Place the sheet into the oven and set a timer for 13 minutes

Season the salmon with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.

After 13 minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven, toss the vegetables and move them to the sides. Place the salmon pieces in the center.
