– Skinless boneless     chicken thighs – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Cumin, turmeric,      coriander, garlic     powder, smoked     paprika, cinnamon,     cayenne and salt

In a large bowl,  combine lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Stir until blended together

Add the chicken to the bowl and gently massage the marinade into the meat, ensuring that all surfaces are coated with the flavorful spices. Cover and refrigerate.

Line a baking sheet  with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the chicken thighs on top.  Roast for 30 minutes
