– Canned tuna – Sun-dried tomatoes – Parmesan cheese – Whole wheat bread     crumbs – Shallots – Green onions – Parsley – Eggs – Olive Oil

Flake tuna into chunks in a large mixing bowl. Add sundried tomatoes, Parmesan, shallots, parsley, green onions, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix with a fork until combined.
