Date and blue cheese salad
This salad is fancy enough to serve at a dinner party, yet super easy to assemble.

Equipment
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Grainy mustard
- 1.5 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
Salad ingredients
- 8 cups Mixed greens
- 1 cup Dates chopped
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Place the greens in a large bowl, add a couple tablespoons of dressing and toss gently.
- Plate the greens on individual plates.
- Add dates, blue cheese, and almonds and drizzle each plate with 2 tsp of dressing
