Sliced oranges with cinnamon and olive oil
A simple dessert bursting with flavor

Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 large navel or Valencia oranges
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil very fresh
Instructions
- Peel oranges with a sharp chef's knife until all the rind and pith are removed, then slice into rounds.
- Place oranges on a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
