Instructions
Gently toss arugula in a bowl with olive oil.
Add a drizzle of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and give another quick toss.
Arrange arugula on plates, garnish with sliced strawberries and crumbled feta cheese.
Season with fresh ground black pepper.
Notes
