Fall is here. I’ve been trying to hold on to summer by cooking my favorite summer vegetables as long as I could. But let’s face it. It’s cabbage, squash and mushroom season. And time to make my favorite soups.
Soup not only warms your body, but your soul as well. It’s a great way to fill up on healthy vegetables, fiber and antioxidants. And it can also soothe and comfort you.
